#1 Any order can be cancelled and refunded for any reason prior to when it has been shipped.
#2 Once we have shipped products to you we can only offer refunds due to a manufacturer defect.
To qualify for a refund after the products have left our warehouse please follow the following process:
- Submit your request to us in writing within 30 days of your purchase date via the following email address: [email protected]
- Your refund request must include a description of the manufacturer’s defect. Feel free to attach pictures to illustrate the problem if helpful.
- We will respond to your refund request with any questions we have. Once we have the opportunity to verify that the reason for return is due to a manufacturer defect we will send you a Returned Merchandise Authorization code (RMA number).
- Any products that you want a refund on will need to be shipped back to us at your expense.
- You must include the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure our customer service team can match up the returned products to your original order and the Returned Merchandise Authorization we provided to you.
- Once we have received the goods, and verified the manufacturer defect, we will refund the purchase price via the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
